Job Description
- Facilitate the implementation of the project lifecycle and support of SAP PM.
- Focuses on business priorities and propose IT key initiatives meet business expectations.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identity, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map customer business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy customer needs.
- Evaluating users’ requirements and then proposing adequate and effective solutions.
- Design, customize, configure, and testing of PM.
- Support of live systems as well as upgrades and enhancements.
- Identify functional gap analysis, issues, and propose workaround solutions if needed.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Providing consulting expertise on the system design, customize, configure, testing, and go-live stabilization.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Prepare and facilitate assessment workshops to determine the business needs
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Responding to business and user faults within agreed timescales.
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
- Ability to provide Key users & End-user training.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
