- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Create and implement a sales plan that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set in place by the company.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a sales representative (Minimum 2 years).
- Preferred experience in Haircare products.
- Good English Speaker.
- Very Presentable. (brand Image).
- Strong communication.
- Focused on customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Great persuasive and negotiation skills.
