Job Description
- Required candidate to ensure all HR activities are effectively applied to ensure smooth organizational performance.
- Manage the process of implementing Personal Development Plans (PDP), by coaching & coordinating all associated activities in the plan (e.g. PDP sessions, meetings between Line Manager & HR, required training recommendations).
- Manage TNA, by preparing annual budget & monitoring its implementation, and coordinating with training providers (Internal / External) to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage the Performance Management process across the plant, by monitoring the proper execution of the entire performance management cycle; from performance planning till performance review.
- Develop and update the organization structure for the entire organization by reviewing and updating the departmental changes due to business needs.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in an industrial organization preferably FMCG. (Alex. resident is a must)
