Job Description
The Merchandiser will ensure product availability, right display and adequately stocked in retail stores, through shelves stocking, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products, and monitoring the store inventory.
The Merchandiser will monitor and provide feedbacks from trade, furniture and POSM quality issues and competitive activities and will timely and accurate reporting and follow up.
The work will be 4-5 days/Month
8 Hours/Day.
Responsibilities
- Replenish the shelves with products
- Check the stock on shelves
- Arrange and maintain BAT shelf cleanness
- Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products
- Monitor and report damages for furniture or visual merchandising materials
- Be responsible for in-store Merchandising of BAT products
- Arrange and maintain the BAT planogram in accordance to BAT planogram requirements, ensuring that BAT point of purchase materials are clearly displayed
- Ensure that all prices for on shelf products are correct
- Report in a dedicated App: pricing, out of stock, insights, promotions, photos etc
- Work and communicate with various stakeholders
- Ad–hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising
- Excellent analytical & reporting skills
- Good user of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Tech savvy, digitally active
- Fluent in English, local language plus ideal one additional relevant language
