Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
- To be the point of contact of clients to answer queries.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Coordinate with colleagues to exchange information.
- Set up meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
- Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales visits to build up relationships with Clients.
- Submitting weekly and monthly report to Country Manager/Direct Line manager.
- Performing site mock-ups.
- Getting consultant approvals.
- Preparing monthly forecasts.
- Collecting and informing market information related but not limited to opportunities, competition, pricing to direct manager.
- Collecting payments after sales.
- Reviewing sales performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales experience in building materials (construction projects related)
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
- Egypt Driving License
- Preferably have own car
