Job Description
- Develops sales plan that add value to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.
- Design and implement all Sales strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements.
- Develop and implement plans to reach a large base of clients in an efficient and sustainable way.
- Ensure all sales projects are delivered in line with plans, budgets, and quality expected.
- Propose company services that best meet the potential client’s business needs.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, develop and negotiate contracts in collaboration with the legal team as well as integrate contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization's value by keeping the information confidential.
- Developing effective sales plans using a suitable sales methodology.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
Job Requirements
- Any related Bachelor's degree where Engineering is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales in steel structures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to create and innovative ideas.
