Job Description
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware enhancements, application installation, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Diagnose/ Monitor and correct computer systems issues and performance issues provide hands-on system administration support, system maintenance, and operations support and networks.
- Perform software and hardware technical enhancements analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems & applying operating system updates, patches, logs, and configuration changes, and user access management.
- Support cloud computing, security, and IT projects.
- Respond and report to IT manager issues, violation of hardware maintenance, software, networking, policies security usage, etc.
- Design, install & troubleshoot the telecommunications systems.
- Work with the complex network & switching systems.
- Configure networks to ensure smooth transmission of data that fulfills the objective of the organization.
- Oversee new and existing telecom equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
- Evaluates technical issues related to computer, server, network, voice, and resolve it at the earliest.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc degree Communications Engineer, minimum grade "Good".
- Excellent command of English.
Good Knowledge of:
- Operating systems ( Windows, Ubuntu, AIX).
- Mail Systems (Microsoft Exchange or IBM Domino).
- Backup system (TSM).
- SAN Storage.
- CCNA Certified.
- Virtualization operating technology.

General Terms
- Age shall not exceed 35 years old on applying.
- Applicants shall be of Cairo residents address clear in ID.
- Completion of military and national services performance with a degree of morality not less than very good; being exempted or under demand for 3 years for males as well as General Services status.
