Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle servers, storage, back-ups and communications H/W administration.
• Perform daily system monitoring,
• Monitor the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.
• Review system and application logs.
• Follow up preventive and corrective maintenance daily, weekly and monthly report to direct manager.  
• Monitor critical systems, prioritize workflow and determine solutions.               
• Monitor licenses for all operating system related software.                       
• Perform data management.
• Administer and implement business applications.     
• Monitor the messaging services.
• Support and coordinate the work of the firewall and anti-spam.
• Check on Internet and MPLS connections.
• Create user IDs, assign functions and roles to users, Lock/Unlock and reset user passwords, perform security audits.                       
• Support and facilitate daily, weekly and monthly backup.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
