Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and positive manner to promote optimum customer satisfaction.
- Work with departments: Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Accounting and all departments using the CRM Service to ensure data requirements are being met.
- Responsible for the distribution of required reports from the CRM Database Solution.
- Handling Loyalty programs, gift cards and discounts to attract more Customers
- Work with the Marketing Team in implementing SMS & Email shots Campaigns
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM
- A marketing background is a plus
- Excellent MS office skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Decision-making attitude is required
