Job Description
- The Business Analyst works closely with the product owner by understanding the customer pain points and product owner vision and completes the compilation of the user stories.
- The Business Analyst will have a good knowledge of many system rules and dependencies that are implemented in the organization. This is complementary to the knowledge of the product owner (which will be less technical)
- The Business Analyst will perform desk checks with the delivery team to ensure that the team understands the story and is on the right track.
- The Business Analyst must be skilled in writing stories, decomposing large stories into smaller stories and indicating story dependencies.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience and previously held a role on an Agile team
- Excellent communication skills and has the ability to work collaboratively with the development team
- Good facilitation skills
