Job Description

  • Interviews will be conducted on Sunday, Tuesday  and Wednesday through Zoom meeting application due to the current Corona situation
  • Assist primarily the Chairman with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • knowledge of Minutes of meeting in Arabic and English is a must
  • following up and communicating with all company parties to make sure tasks are completed
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.
  • Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or any relevant field
  • Experience not less than 10 years
  • Age between  38 to 42 ONLY
  • Maadi resident is preferable
  • preferably owns a car
  • Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
  • Capable of independently handling communication with other entities.
  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English is a must
  • Capable of presenting Chairman’s office in interactions with international customers & suppliers
  • Can work under pressure and is a multi-task person
  • Fast learner, active and organized
  • Excellent management, interactive, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent experience in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Exchange
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner
  • Ability to contend with a wide variety of people on various issues
