Job Description
- Greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors and arrange for transportation services when needed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Receive and sort daily mail.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
- 1-3 years in admin or reception tasks.
- Service-oriented.
- Outstanding Communication Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Age from 30-35 is preferred.
- Females only
