Senior HR (Recruitment)

Recruiting & Staffing:
  

• According to annual budget on staffing and HC, implement the plan and monthly review. 
• Responsible for the hiring report such as rolling forecast and monthly report etc.
• Maintain recruitment channel to ensure the effective of recruitment.
• Maintain and implement internal recruitment procedure, get approval for staffing request
• Maintain the internal JD system to ensure line managers update JD in time
• Ensure the recruitment projects to be carried оut on time as per division business strategy. Organize the process of interview, candidate evaluation, offering and on boarding.
• Organization notice and nomination letter preparing and sharing.
• Responsible for probation talk and follow up probation evaluation completion
• Keep in touch with BorgWarner global recruitment network for internal mobility
   

Employee Relations

• Support in regular employee communication activities
• Arrange annual employee survey and follow the improvement action
• Responsible for conduct culture development and employee communication related activities 
• Take part in all HR projects and other tasks assigned by manager
