Job Description
We are seeking a strong software Product Owner to work with our team environment in order to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Defining product features according to customer needs.
- Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Develop scope and define backlog items (Epics - Features - User Stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
- Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
- Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
- Identifying areas of improvement.
- Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 3+ years.
- 5+ years experience in the Software industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Ability to write SRS and good user stories is a must.
- Ability to work on more than one project in parallel.Ability to work on more than one project in parallel.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision.
- Attention to details.
- Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
