Job Description
- Negotiate and promote the values and terms of the product or service that we provide to customers.
- Follow up with the customer on periodically bases, to check the customer’s needs, suggestions, feedback on the provided service and products.
- Promote the new products over phone for the related customers and as per the direction of the section head.
- Receive and report the customer’s complaint and to help in responding to it at a short period of time.
- Manage the accounts and maintain good client relationships.
- Promote the products and services for the potential customers to increase the existing customers’ database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
- Advanced written & spoken English language.
- Good knowledge in MS – Excel.
