Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team.
  • As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing  the Social Media strategy for our clients in order to increase their online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts.
  • You will be required to generate organic leads, and following up with the prospective clients.
  • Also, you will be working as a customer service agent, and you will need to learn about the products so you can help the customers with any question.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Customer service experience is a big plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
