Job Description

  • Formulate strategy for B2B sales and lead B2B (Paint and WPCC) sales team.
  • Responsible for planning & driving all sales initiatives/ commercial/ trade processes in the unit to achieve unit revenue target in B2B Sales.
  • Manage team of 12+ Area Managers & sales reps.
  • B2B sales across all governorates (pan Egypt)

Job Requirements

  • Engineering or chemical bachelor degree 
  • Hold an MBA
  • 10-15 years sales experience in Egypt in construction chemicals industry sales field mainly in projects paints, constructions, building material or related field
  • Ability to Lead a team for execution on b2b model
  • Sales & Operations Planning
  • Competition understanding
  • Influencer management
  • Information/ Data Analysis & Management
  • Marketing and business concepts
  • Ability to identify quick wins
  • Ability to work independently and provide visible leadership to the team
  • A positive attitude for coalition building with senior leadership members to achieve the company’s business objectives
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and any conflicting business interest to achieve stretch targets
  • Team Player, Good Interpersonal skills, Effective communication
