Job Description
- Formulate strategy for B2B sales and lead B2B (Paint and WPCC) sales team.
- Responsible for planning & driving all sales initiatives/ commercial/ trade processes in the unit to achieve unit revenue target in B2B Sales.
- Manage team of 12+ Area Managers & sales reps.
- B2B sales across all governorates (pan Egypt)
Job Requirements
- Engineering or chemical bachelor degree
- Hold an MBA
- 10-15 years sales experience in Egypt in construction chemicals industry sales field mainly in projects paints, constructions, building material or related field
- Ability to Lead a team for execution on b2b model
- Sales & Operations Planning
- Competition understanding

- Information/ Data Analysis & Management
- Marketing and business concepts
- Ability to identify quick wins
- Ability to work independently and provide visible leadership to the team
