Job Description
- Supervise all regular accounting processes such Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
- Journal entries and non-salary transfers
- Monthly and year-end closings
- Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Preparation of financial status reports for government agencies
- Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programs
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Applying all Accounting functions for a specific site.
- Review sub-contractors’ certificates with their contracts.
- Handling day to day accounts transactions.
- Verification of bills receivables & payable.
- Handling petty cash maintenance.
- Handling supplier bill payments.
- Communicate and report to accounting supervisor for all actions taken.
- Prepare and submits weekly progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Accounting ( 4 years construction IS MUST )
- Advanced Excel, word and PowerPoint skills
- ERP system user preferred Double click
- Cairo Resident preferred.
