Job Description
- Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target for him/her and for every member of the team also.
- Plan for team project schedules for assigned accounts starting from approach meetings until closing the deal and after-sales services to achieve the assigned sales target.
- Follow up payments with customers and the financial department.
- Create new deals and collect new data.
- Monitor projects within the team and other departments.
- Assign tasks, coach, motivate and evaluate subordinates.
- Attend sales meetings to support subordinates in price quotations, closing meetings or any critical meeting.
- Collect customer requirements for each project and submit it to the concerned departments (engineering, marketing, and accounting) to issue price quotations and assist in writing it.
- Review project contract negotiates the terms and conditions with customers to close the deal.
- Arrange for the letter of guarantee with our financial department.
- Follow up the finished, current and new project’s status and solve issues.
- Provide after-sales services with help with sales support for customers including maintenance contracts.
- Follow up payments with customers and the financial department.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Attend meetings with resellers assigned with business unit
- Report sales team efforts for the direct manager.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another equivalent “BIS/information system studies is preferable”
- (3-5) years of experience in the same field “preferable to be in B2B”.
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
- A certificate or diploma in selling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent in English (is a must).
