Job Description

Helping customers get the best experience out of our products. This includes giving them the full description of the product, advising them on use & handling their concerns and questions when receiving their orders. This role entails:

  • Monitoring social media interactions, answering all comments, messages that has to do with the products.
  • Monitor the order processing procedure, receiving orders, fulfilling orders, preparing orders to be shipped and following up with the shipping agencies to assure the delivery of the orders at the right time with the right conditions
  • Maintaining and excellent after sale service regarding any positive or negative feedback
  • Keep customers updated with new products and new offers.
  • Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a full time job (8 hours per day. 5 hours from our office in New Cairo & 3 hours will be home based during the evening).

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to read & write in English and Arabic fluently.
  • Great communication skills & able to manage customers.
  • Must have previous experience in managing customer complaints and issues.
