Job Description
- The Solutions Sales Manager is in charge of developing and initiating new business solutions at the customers’ work environment. The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company.
- You will manage client accounts and come up with new sales ideas. This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.
- Primary goal is to over achieve the company's sales plan profitably.
- The Sales and Solutions Development Manager is the company façade with all customers.
- You will need to structure the right sales function that is capable of delivering the annual sales results.
- Hire, train and retain top notch sales personnel with customer service mentality, and are able to exceed customers' expectations.
- Structure and manage with the Finance department the proper sales staff compensation and commission scheme.
- You are the primary source for increasing our resources capacity, based on your success in growing the company sales numbers; we will invest in means to increase our current capacity. That will entail working closely with both the CEO and the COO to forecast growth.
- You will be responsible for the monthly sales forecast and hence play a major role in the cash flow planning process.
- Identify and proactively uncover and communicate issues to cross functional parties and provide recommendations and solutions.
- Budgetary and managerial responsibility for your sales and analysts team.
- Lead, manage and ensure proper training to any relevant sales programs throughout the company.
- Foster open communication and team environment with all cross functional partners and receive constructive feedback.
- Hold self and others accountable for work commitments and outcomes.
