Job Description
We're not looking for a messenger who delivers our voice to the clients and vice versa. We're looking for key account manager who can carry our vision in his mind and translate it to the clients, handle them and can take the suitable decisions in each situation.
Job Ddescription:
- Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Builds and maintains strong & long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiates contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Prepares reports on account status.
- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborates with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Follows up with finance client's payments.
- Helps customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
- Develops clear and reasonable written proposals/quotations for current clients.
- Presents creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- Ensures that communication flows effectively.
- Coordinates between company departments according different tasks.
- Presents the marketing departments in communication meetings and production sessions.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Has a bachelor degree.
- Previous experience in an agency (Marketing Agency) is a MUST
- Has 2 - 4 years of experience.
