Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge Familiar with POS systems and related hardware. Professional in troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to POS system.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve and able to work quickly to resolve technical issues and minimize operational issues.
Preferred Experience
- BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field.
- Experience from 2-3 years.
- Experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards in (POS to meet the needs of the top management.
- Familiar with third-party integrations.
