Job Description

The role requires an articulate, problem solver and critical thinker to assist with the delivery of customer engagement transformation projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Role

  • Providing advice on technical options, patterns, trends, and solutions to our internal teams and to our clients.
  • Designing and developing technical solutions appropriate to our clients’ requirements and constraints.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and data sources
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap. 
  • Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company. 
  • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture. 
  • Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.

Job Requirements

Experience in the following:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application & administration
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configuration
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Data Migration
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration
  • Experience using any of the following Microsoft Dynamics CRM version:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and complex problem-solving skills.
  • A demonstrated passion for continual learning and personal development.
  • Ability to confidently present ideas and options involving complex technologies to our clients while building trust and credibility.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Very Good communications skills with your extended team members.
  • Experience developing and designing technical solutions such as custom development for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM (Jscript, C# plugins, web development, systems integration)
  • Experience in enterprise integration patterns such as SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, API management, SOA frameworks, as well as options such as ETL.
