Job Description
- Investigation with employees and all matter thereof.
- Responsible for providing legal advice for the board of management and other department.
- Responsible for handling all matters related to corporate and labor law ,civil law, and formal procedures before governmental authorities including but not limited GAFI, Commercial registered , ITEDA , FEI , Notary public, Courts, police station.
- Provide legal support and review; prepare BOD, OGM, and EGM General Meeting Assembly’s.
- Submitted and notarization BOD, OGM, EGM before GFAI and other authority thereof against nine companies “attached”
- Coordinator and following up all legal files with thread Law Firms concerning with our lawsuits, Cases, authorization our branches.
- Responsible for drafting and reviewing company’s contracts and agreements.
- Draft a simple legal letter to submit against governmental authorities.
- Draft legal opinion and briefs, simple memorandum to explain scope of legal issue.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Licensed to practice law
- Specialized in Corporate, Commercial law is an asset
- Contract negotiations, vetting and drafting
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
