Job Description
- Implementing Maintenance strategy, protocols and assuring that all the maintenance team under his supervision are performing according to the protocol. -
- Directing, instructing and supervising the maintenance team. -
- Supervising and assuring the implementation of planned maintenance activities and procedures. -
- Carry out quality inspection on jobs.
- Carry out new spare parts technical inspection.
- Control the spare-parts dispatch and consumption rates.
- Controlling maintenance tools and equipment.
- Diagnose breakdown problems and rout failures.
- Implement the reporting cycle stated in ISO procedures.
- Implementing the data collection cycle and follow up the department KPIs.
- Responsible for the safety of all the personnel and equipment under his command.
- Reporting and controlling the labor man hours and extra time.
- Presenting and reporting any required enhancement in the maintenance strategy, protocol, and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Heavy Equipment / Trucks &Vehicles Experience is a must
- Mechatronics / Aviation Major
- from 1 to 3 years Experience
