Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Menu engineers company products
- Controls stock good receiving area as per quality standard (fridge temp – packing goods – Handling and receiving methods – expire date for products ...etc. )
- Analyze menu receipts stand red in order control kitchen line and prep products
- Audits weekly and monthly review suppliers contract attached unit price movement.
- Manages purchasing department and cost price flection’s at local market .
- Traces weekly, monthly inventory for all stock items preparing cost percentage and variance analysis.
- Prepares monthly also weekly cost of sales and all reports subject cost of sales management .
- Controls bar level for all products and creating plane for items required short and long terms including stock pull movement and prepare flash reports .
- Controls stock movement and compare stock hand against goods in transit
- Handles and create planes for stock slow moving item or pending stock evaluate.
- Prepares Monthly Reports for unit price movement fluctuation change as per currency Conversion or market rate per unit.
- Compares actual accurate revenue and cost of sales according budget and forecast and define variance short or over attached with reasons and solution suggested.
- Prepares labor cost monthly basic reports and calculate employee unit cost according standard And company policy.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management staff
Job Requirements

- Experience in food & beverage working & installing Material Control software
