Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned warehouse manager with at least 15 years of experience in the industrial sector. The successful candidate will lead our warehousing strategy, ensuring that our large-scale storage and distribution operations support our manufacturing goals with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight: Direct all warehouse activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules and supply chain objectives.
Inventory Integrity: Implement advanced inventory control systems to manage high-volume raw materials and finished goods.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a large team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and loaders.
Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/6 Sigma) to reduce waste and operational costs.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict industrial safety protocols and ensure compliance with international warehousing standards.
Job Requirements
Experience: 15+ years of solid experience in warehouse management within industrial/manufacturing plants.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouses and diverse teams.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is a must; an MBA or Supply Chain Diploma (CSCP/CLTD) is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
