Job Description
- Oversees the daily operation of the plant power generation from portfolio of electricity sources which include but not restricted to Diesel generators and Waste heat recovery system.
- Ensures efficient operation of the power plant and maximize power generation installation’s capacity utilization.
- Prepare the annual power generation budget and contribute to the three years investment plan associated with power generation.
- Provides short and medium-term power generation cost optimization plans for the company’s management.
- Contributes to implementation of future power generation projects from renewable and alternative sources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline, postgraduate degree will be a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Electrical power generation and optimization for industrial applications of which 3+ years’ experience in managerial position.
- Strong experience in power generation from a portfolio of energy sources including but not limited to diesel generators, waste heat recovery systems, and renewable energy sources.
