Job Description
Responsibilities
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Manage test data and environments needed and provide technical leadership through code review
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Analyzing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Participate as an active quality advocate in the Agile/Scrum process.
- Create/review/maintain manual test scripts.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders efficiently to create the best software development cycle experience
- Create/review/maintain automated test scripts, is an advance.
- Participate as an active quality advocate in the Agile/Scrum process.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in CS, software engineering, or any related discipline.
- 3 - 5 years of software quality control experience in Medical Software (Hospital Information System, Clinical Information System..etc) or Financial Software Packages (ERP, HR, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Inventory and Supply Chain)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teaching methodologies.
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) & Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Good knowledge of Windows & SQL Server.
- Familiar with BI & Data analytics basics.
- Can lead the testing activities of small to medium projects & contribute to planning and estimates.
- Familiar with automation tools, Good to have: automation experience.
- Familiar with bug tracking tools (eg. Jira, Youtrack) and test repositories (eg. TestRail, Zephyr)
