Job Description
The person responsible for following up on sales in the organization, and evaluating operations on an ongoing basis.
- Designing special annual plans in the sales department by relying on the study of market requirements, and following up on customer requests in order to work on providing them.
- Determining the strategic goals of sales by setting a set of expectations about the volume of sales that will be achieved, compared to the amount of profits that include the revenues collected, and also depends on the study and analysis of previous sales of the company.
- Follow up the work of the sales department employees, and ensure that they do them in accordance with their plans and tasks, and this ensures the continuity of achieving success for the work.
- Holding training courses and workshops for the employees of the sales department, especially the new ones; So that they can understand the nature of the special work in the department, and this helps them to develop their skills, and experience in the sales business.
- Submitting periodic reports on sales to senior management compared to previous months.
- Carrying out some sales visits to some customers with representatives to review their sales method.
- Carry out periodic visits to large and medium customers .
Job Requirements
- Owning a car.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales (B TO B) and (B TO C).
- Initiative to propose innovative ideas.
- Good communication skills and dealing with different personalities.
- Possess leadership and team direction skills.
- Good reputation and character.
- Dealing positively with negative aspects.
