Job Description

  • Hatour Consulting sister company of Alpinapharm GmbH is actively seeking a new Quality Manager. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
  • The Quality Manager is a key member of our growing team responsible for providing professional expertise and guidance in relation to the evaluation of Product Quality Reviews.
  • The Quality Manager has the overall responsibility for his team and will report directly to our CEO.
  • Area Of Activity: Pharmaceutical Consulting and Service Provider, Quality Management

The Quality Manager Will:

  • Evaluate and approve PQRs
  • Perform a 4 eye check of PQRs evaluated by his/ her team members, correct errors and follow-up error records
  • Manage a team of 3-4 persons
  • Manage complaints, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Check daily & weekly KPIs delivered by his team
  • Assign and oversee training compliance
  • Achieve individual and team goals. Meet deadlines with the resources provided and never compromise ethical standards
  • Support and maintain a high level of Quality Assurance and GMP document request
  • Keep abreast of company requirements, operating procedures, policies, and relation with products and GxP requirements, within the area of responsibility and support compliance with these requirements

Job Requirements

Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • University degree mandatory BA beneficial MA in Pharmaceutical Science (Pharmacist)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Production or Quality Control
  • Experience in reviewing or writing PQRs is beneficial
  • Excellent knowledge of GMP requirements
  • Knowledge of different product galenical forms e.g. tablets, injectables, capsules, creams
  • Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in document management and training
  • Previous experience as a team manager is preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Language proficiency: Fluent English and French
  • Experience working in a team/ team management-oriented, collaborative environment
