Job Description
- ICT Systems Sales Engineer shall have a minimum of two (2-5) years diverse experience in IT, Low Current, Telecommunications.
- Shall possess excellent communications skills including writing, as well as oral communications skills with large or small audiences.
- Shall have a positive attitude and a methodical approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of customer’s requirements and needs.
- Recommend the most suitable solution according to the customer’s requirements
- Responsibility for the technical aspects of the sales process
- Assisting in preparation of proposals & presentations in response to RFP's and customers' requests
- Assisting Presentation and demos of Communications Compliance Solution Portfolio
- Assisting in Preparation of commercial proposals, solution design and quotations working closely with the Presales team
- Provision of feedback regarding market requirements for product Management.
- Manage internal Sales commitment Target & process.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of previous experience as sales engineering System Engineering
- Strong customer facing and relationship skills
- Must have the ability to learn quickly and assimilate technical and functional knowledge of ICT solutions
- Proven Experience background preferably in one or more of the following: telephony, Networking, Clouds, VOIP, Low Current, IOT.
- Self-sufficient, and likes to be given end objectives with flexibility to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve results
- Ability to deliver against tight timelines with drive for Customer Focus and satisfaction
- Individual must be highly motivated with excellent communication (verbal/written) and presentations skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electronic, IT, Computer Science, Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Must speak/write fluent English.
- Must be a strong team player.
