Job Description
- Achieving leads list utilization through cold calling and email marketing, identify prospective client’s needs and work with internal team to provide them with competitive offering.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Achieve sales quota target.
- Conduct regional market research to identify market needs in the localization industry and acquire new clients.
- Negotiate pricing, invoicing and delivery terms with prospective clients.
- Market the company’s services through targeted email to qualified leads.
- Follow up projects progress and updates to clients.
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction and focus on cross selling to existing clients.
- Handle sales issues.
- Close sales and communicate received info to the concerned teams for service delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Job Requirements
- Proven 1-3 years of experience in business development & Sales.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Localization industry background is preferred
- Good knowledge of working with markets around the world.
- Excellent business writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
