Job Description
- Provide the technical solution required addressing any customer requirements, and recommending solutions that optimize value for the customer.
- Respond to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting paperwork.
- Responsible for calculating client quotations and administering clients’ accounts
- Manage all technical aspects of the pre- and post-sales process for our key customers.
- Responsible for guiding them through the evaluation and integration of Geomatex’ technologies in their application.
- Document and analyze required information and data related the solutions road map features.
- Targeting the customer’s specific technical needs, offers on-site
- Translate clients’ needs and requirements into customized solutions and collaborative efforts and specialties either hardware or software to come up with one whole integrated solution.
- Develop and conduct presentations and proof of concept demonstrations for potential customers in coordination with the sales account management team.
- Understand customers’ diverse, specific business needs and offering solutions proposals to meet those needs
- Work on deals assigned to the sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the presales manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering Major: Survey or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience as presales engineer GIS - ESRI Solutions is Preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic Languages
- Knowledge of GIS concepts
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent Knowledge in Laser Scanning-Photographer-Remote Sensing-Geographical Information System (GIS)-Cartography-Computer Aided Drawing (CAD).
