Job Description
- Keeps tracking of maintenance visit reports
- Record department day-to-day Logs and attendance .
- Responsible for Documentations and filing .
- Organizing Maintenance orders and follow up with clients.
- Assist with projects required submittals.
- Create files for Mega project (soft and hard copies)
Job Requirements
- Good awareness of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Good English (Verbal/Written)
- Customer service Ticketing systems knowledge
- Common knowledge in documentation filing
- Previous Experience in customer service(preferable)
