Job Description

  • Keeps tracking of maintenance visit reports
  • Record department day-to-day Logs and attendance .
  • Responsible for Documentations and filing .
  • Organizing  Maintenance orders and follow up with clients.
  • Assist with projects required submittals.
  • Create files for Mega project (soft and hard copies)

Job Requirements

  • Good awareness of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Good English (Verbal/Written)
  • Customer service Ticketing systems knowledge
  • Common knowledge in documentation filing
  • Previous Experience in customer service(preferable)
