Job Description
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
- Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues involving internet connectivity;
- Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
- Follow standard processes and procedures;
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications

Job Requirements
Employment Conditions:
- University Graduate (University Degree)
- Males must have identified Military Status
- Ability to work on a 24 hours shift basis that will include night hours.
Qualifications:
- Starting from Good to Fluent command of English, written and spoken.(Assessment will be conducted by the HR representative to recommend you to the proper project)
- Strong verbal communication skills.
