Job Description
- Install, maintain and repair the solutions for the customer.
- Pre-sales Technical Support. Presenting technical demo to the customer.
- Support by visit, phone or remote access to customers inside or outside Cairo.
- Learn, train and certify on current and future Solutions (Software/Hardware) of the company business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Communications & Electronics Engineering.
- Must have previous IT experience (Min 2 years).
- Microsoft and Network strong knowledge (MSCA-CCNA) is a must.
- Good Organizing/Communication/Technical problems solving skills.
- Team player and quick thinker.
- Good English at Writing, Reading and Conversation
