Job Description

  • Review the monthly payroll calculation and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately reflected in the payroll calculation.
  • Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, annual raises) and system upgrades
  • Gather all payroll related data to prepare and manage payroll processes of employees.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Personnel activities are completed as per labor law, social insurance, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with concerned parties.
  • Preparing regular reports of social insurance, headcount, overtime, leaves, absenteeism, medical insurance and life insurance as required.
  • Keeps with the operational standards of the company by solving issues, finding areas for improvement, meeting expectations, and helping with the formulation of reviews and plans.
  • Responding to employees’ inquiries, requests and handling employees’ complaints
  • Handle the social insurance and labor office inspection
  • Review all cheques which paid to labor office and the government institution (Sanctions, Emergency, social insurance and Social health and cultural service.
  • Follow up and maintain social, medical and life insurance actions.
  • Handling employees’ resignation by calculating their final settlement.
  • Maintain the HR database and ensuring that its regularly updated
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
  • Prepare Salary taxes reconciliation, liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits.BS degree in accounting or business administration.

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in accounting or business administration.
  • 6 to 8 years of Experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Solid Hands on experience in SAP is a must.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, labor law and payroll best practices
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent People Management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very good English language.
