Job Description
- Analyze the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved in a project.
- Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness
- Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission All in-house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up
- Collection of input from various sub-contractors or 3rd party Preparing BOQ's, and getting offers from the sub-contractors and suppliers
- Ensure completeness of Subcontract Inquiry Packages and availability of Subcontract offers well in time
- Ensure Subcontractor responses are complete & organized accurately according to Tender requirements Preparing a project time schedule, using Microsoft Project or Primavera Preparing Tender documents, Financial and Technical documents
- Ensure bids are submitted on time in accordance with customer requirements and internal rules/procedures analyze the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved in project.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil engineering .
- Experience from 3 to 8 years
- Microsoft office ( Excel & Word) .
- ِAuto-cad .
- V.good English .
- The highest levels in computer .
- Very careful in his work .
- Quiet and good decision .
- Very committed practically and mentally .
- A collaborator with his manager
