Job Description
- Evaluating and managing Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes; assessing organizational development needs of operating, business and functional units.
- Source, select and hire candidates to fulfill store budget/hiring needs within allowed hiring time; and send weekly Vacancy Report to Recruitment department.
- posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Processing payroll , which includes ensuring vacation and sick leaves are tracked in the system
Job Requirements
- Prefer previous experience in retail Fashion Field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven effective management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
