Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Installing, configuring and Managing user account by adding /deleting/modifying accounts
- managing active directory. User, computer, DNS, DHCP, File Server managing VMware. vphere.5.5.0managing backup system. VEEM Backup, backup Exec managing FortiClient Endpoint antivirus
- managing Help Desk Team and distributing tasks between the team Follow up on fingerprint machines in the group Install and configure software and hardware Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Lead desktop and help desk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures Team lead for help desk staff Configuring, Managing & troubleshooting Windows standard domain services which may include Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, DFS & Print server.
- Mail System troubleshooting Mange user in mail system Create and monitoring roles in Mail
- Install mail in computer and mobiles Monitoring antispam system
- Monitoring mail users and take a suitable action Finding anther solution for best performance and security
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science Degree in relevant area or similar experience.
- Training new employees on how to work in the organization in an easy way
- The ability to distribute tasks to the technical support team
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing help desk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Expert knowledge of MS Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
