Job Description

  • Coaching teachers and other staff leading a classroom properly
  • Equip teachers with needed knowledge in relation to teaching methodologies, classroom management, lesson planning, etc.
  • Evaluate the current level of knowledge teachers have and make goals based on that knowledge.
  • Provide the needed training materials and resources to achieve the set goals
  • Plan regular visits and measures teachers’ progress and determines ways to improve
  • Prepare reports upon execution of training specifying the progress and development that took place based on teachers’ assessment 
  • As a part of this responsibility, they may help plan curriculum and observe lessons to determine how successful they are.

Job Requirements

Skills and qualifications

  • Teaching experience with a solid experience as a teacher
  • Training experience with prior experience in coaching teachers
  • Organization skills: display a high level of organization, where you can juggle multiple schedules and responsibilities at any given time
  • Conflict management: able to recognize conflict and can deescalate the situation before conflict arises
  • Communication skills: can use active listening and interpersonal communication skills to clearly and concisely convey their meaning
  • Language skills: proficient English and Arabic
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Education:

  •  At least a master’s degree in education, along with three to five years’ experience in a teaching training role.
