Job Description

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. 
  • Answering questions about products or the company. 
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales 
  • Review customer needed documents and contact information.
  • Reviewing the legal document status of the client and his entity.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Coordination with the Contracting Department to send the service subscription contract.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction until the contracting procedures are completed
  • Create call log and activity on the client’s accounts after every action with them.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales by clarifying the benefits of subscribing to our services to customers.
  • Validate the qualified leads.
  • Answer clients’ requirements after sale and directing it to the responsible team to follow up with the client.
  • Follow up with the old leads to get the last update form their end.
  • Helping the clients to finalize their contracting process on an easily way.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • 1-4 years of experience in related area of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or other related field.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and good command of English languages.
  • Good Marketing & Selling skills.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Self motivated
  • Representative
  • The job will be office based no outside meetings expected or required
  • Willingness to achieve targets, by the highest performance.
