Job Description
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
- Maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, and leaves.
- Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties.
- Assist Salaries Transactions.
- Track employees' absence, and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Managing social insurance system.
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labour office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as HR personnel.
- Maximum age 30
- El-Sadat resident is a must.
- Very Good command of the English language.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
