Job Description
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure that there is continuous improvement in all company operations and that waste is kept to a minimum.
- Monitor performance of Quality Management System (QMS) regularly to confirm its effectiveness and efficiency, and ensure all the departments are updated with the amended processes, forms, and procedures.
- Develop quality targets and measures for all company’s operations and monitor the performance of the company against these.
- Provide advice and guidance to the company, its managers and staff on any regulatory aspects of total quality management.
- Investigate the quality requirements technically in the tendering phase, and present required data accordingly.
- Identify quality problems and areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and follow up on corrective implementations.
- Assist and supervise the quality managers in sites to develop strong quality profile and to perform root cause analysis to identify, solve and prevent major problems.
- Assess new testing and sampling methodologies or technologies to determine usefulness.
- Present to the management semi-annual summary with analysis on the quality activities performed, in terms of audit findings, actions proposed, and corrective implementation .internal audits at the head office and projects periodically, to ensure compliance of quality procedures and standards.
- Administer the external audit cycle, take recommendations, and follow up on implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- MBA is preferable
- English and Computer proficiency
- Presentable
