Job Description
- Operate all smart city services and applications.
- Successfully operate, operation center
- Continuously monitor alarms of the smart city services & applications and ensure they are cascaded to different stakeholders and processed within the defined SLA.
- Analyze the alarm trends and finds the root cause to prevent the repetition of them.
- Periodic Reports on the alarms handling and response time for different stakeholders.
- Continuously find automation possibilities.
- Advise Head of Operations about required products or product improvements needed for complying with operations standards or enhance system designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Telecom Engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 0-2 experience relevant NOC, SOC preferably in Telco Operations.
- Machine Learning and AI coding experience is a plus.
- Technical Leadership and ability to train and manage his team members
