Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business in Egypt. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Core business is Firestop & Fixing systems.
Responsibilities
- Managing Country Team.
- Managing Logistics.
- Representing company in front of governmental organizations when needed.
- Forecasting & Budgeting (Quarterly & Annually).
- Identify KPI and monitor them.
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Analysing market information related but not limited to opportunities, competition, pricing to direct manager.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Meet with potential and existing clients to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
- Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Getting consultant approvals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years' of experience in building materials (construction projects related)
- 10+ years' of sales experience in Egypt market
