Job Description

For new International Lead Generation Department, CrossWorkers is hiring a team of 4, 1 Team Leader and 3 Lead Generation Specialists

You will be an integrated part of CrossWorkers salesforce in Europe and GCC!

Job Role:

  • Enriching leads by using open Internet sources, special tools and internally developed tools.
  • Ensure leads are being followed up on strictly from the team.
  • Review all appointments being scheduled with the possible leads and assist the team in setting appointments when needed.
  • Ensure appointments are being assigned to the correct Key Account Manager after making sure the Clients are interested.
  • Monitor the date base and manage the internal systems, ensuring they are being effectively maintained.
  • Closely follow up on the sales pipelines and make sure the team is working directly with the concerned KAM to meet the revenue goals.
  • Scan and research all targeted markets, creating possible potential opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in Market Research and/or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Preferably GUC or AUC
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English Language (German, Scandinavian knowledge and extra plus)
  • Excellent research capabilities
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Structured way of working
  • Highly dynamic person as well as highly motivated
  • Able to identify new business prospects.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
